How to use the Google Keyword Planner without paying for my first ad campaign
I wanted to use the Google Keyword Planner and I was not able to use the Google keyword Planner tools, which is according to many online marketing experts one of the fundamental tools to find useful keywords for successful content marketing.
After logging into my Google Adwords account, somehow I’ve been asked to create a first ad campaign before being able to use the main dashboard.
But I want to start using the Google Keyword Planner tool without paying.

I’ve tried going back but there was no use, somehow I was stuck and asked to create my first campaign.
The only workaround I have found is the following.

Ok, coming back to our issue, after entering all details and creating my first ad campaign, I was finally able to access my Google Adwords account.
After finalizing this step, I was able to use my Google Adwords account where my recently created campaign was active.
I have removed my add campaign and then voila’ :-), solved! I was able to use my Google tools and the keyword planner without spending the add campaign. Of course, this solution requires that you have a valid credit card.
Final note, this article is not about how to avoid using the Google Adwords, which I use and retain very useful for my online blogs promotion, it’s just about how to start using these Google great tools and in particular to use Google Keyword Planner without paying some money on your first campaign.
After mastering Google Adwords dashboard, I encourage to use Google Adwords to create add campaigns since it will provide you the necessary online promotion to make your blog successful.
